Fixzor is committed to workers and their communities. With that being said, nothing is more important to us than workplace safety. Please read the following terms and conditions below and sign if you agree. Acceptance of the below terms is required for your participation with Fixzor.
As a user of Fixzor, I acknowledge that I have a responsibility to ensure that the workplace is as safe as possible for customers. This is not the responsibility of Fixzor, LLC and we are not liable for lawsuits regarding unsafe working conditions.
Fixzor simply connects workers and users, and is, thus, not respoinsbile for any behaviour from either partys.
“Workers” are not employees of Fixzor, they are independent contractors as their own enterprise.
As a user of Fixzor, I realize that I have the right to ask a worker to leave the site if I believe they are unable to complete the task safely. A report will then be filed with Fixzor, LLC. and a resolution will be made.
As a user of Fixzor, I agree to disclose all information pertaining to the job to the worker and Fixzor. Withholding information relating to the intensity and demands of the labor could result in dismissal from Fixzor privileges.
As a user of Fixzor, I agree to liaise with the proper inspectors, specialists, and regulators when deemed necessary in relation to a Fixzor posting.
